Abstract
Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) consultation has become an essential clinical practice for improving tumor diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient prognosis. However, traditional MDT workflows often encounter challenges such as fragmented tumor imaging data, insufficient information sharing, limited visualization, and lack of real-time cross-disciplinary collaboration. To address these issues, this study proposes the design of an interactive visualization and collaboration tool that integrates tumor imaging data into a unified digital platform. The system incorporates multimodal medical image fusion, annotation tools, segmentation visualization, and intelligent tumor feature extraction to support clinical decision-making. Interactive dashboards, synchronous browsing, and remote collaboration modules enable oncologists, radiologists, surgeons, and pathologists to jointly review imaging data in real time, thereby enhancing communication efficiency and diagnostic accuracy. A prototype implementation and initial usability evaluation demonstrate that the proposed tool significantly improves MDT workflow efficiency, supports standardized medical decision processes, and provides a scalable framework for future applications in smart healthcare.
