Abstract
Lifestyle modification remains the cornerstone of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) management. This randomized controlled study evaluated the effects of structured lifestyle intervention on liver fat content and metabolic parameters. Participants undergoing intensive lifestyle counseling demonstrated significant improvements in liver enzymes, insulin sensitivity, and hepatic steatosis. Sustained lifestyle changes were associated with reduced risk of disease progression. These findings reinforce the role of lifestyle intervention as a primary therapeutic strategy in NAFLD.
