Abstract
Pancreatic cancer requires complex management involving multiple specialties. This retrospective cohort study assessed the impact of multidisciplinary team (MDT) care on treatment outcomes and survival. Patients managed within an MDT framework were more likely to receive guideline-concordant therapy and had improved overall survival compared with those receiving fragmented care. These findings emphasize the importance of coordinated multidisciplinary care models in improving outcomes for patients with pancreatic cancer.
