Official Clarification

We have recently noticed confusion among authors regarding the following two platforms:

To clarify, we hereby state:

  1. Different Publication Types (Key Distinction)
  • Our journal (ACTA) is an academic journal, publishing peer-reviewed journal articles.
  • The other platform primarily involves conference proceedings or conference-related publications.

Journal articles and conference proceedings are fundamentally different publication types in academic publishing, with distinct review processes, academic roles, and purposes.

  1. No Affiliation
The two platforms are completely independent in terms of ownership, editorial management, publishing process, and academic scope. There is no affiliation, cooperation, or authorization relationship between them.
  2. Author Reminder
Authors are strongly advised to verify:
  • Whether they are submitting to a journal or a conference
  • Whether the selected platform meets their publication requirements
