Abstract
Liver biopsy remains the gold standard for fibrosis assessment but is invasive. This study evaluated the diagnostic performance of combined serum biomarkers and elastography. The combined approach demonstrated high accuracy in detecting advanced fibrosis, reducing the need for invasive procedures.
